Shipping policy

The delivery time starts from the next business day after you have confirmed your order payment, which is not necessarily the day you generated it, since the validation of credit or debit card payments can take up to 72 business hours; As for deposits, bank transfers and or payments in Oxxo, you have up to 72 working hours to make the payment and you need to send us your payment voucher to clientes@mexiarts.com, if you do not receive your payment. check the purchase will automatically be cancelled in the system and you will have to regenerate a new purchase order.  The day after you send your payment voucher, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

Once the payment is confirmed, the delivery time is defined by the parcel service selected at the time of purchase. Normally parcel delivery services generate 3 delivery attempts, if we do not find you or if the delivery data is incorrect and we do not receive any additional data from you, with which you cannot perform the delivery, the item will be returned to TICKETS to cancel the sale and you will be refunded 100% of your purchase, however the shipping costs payable to the courier company will not be refunded. Now if the courier service is responsible for not being able to deliver the product, the same will be sent again at no additional cost and Mexiarts will take care of the clarification with that company.

All the products we offer are subject to availability in our warehouses and up to exhausting stocks. In the case of products that have the legend "facts on request", the production time is clearly indicated before the payment is made, so the time of the shipment must be added to consider the total time of receipt of the purchased item. If you cancel within the following 3 days at the date of the order, it will be cancelled without penalty; however if cancelled between 4 days after the purchase and up to 7 day before the shipment, a cost of 50% will be retained by the advance paid to the artisan, generating a return of the remaining 50% according to the payment method selected at the time of the original purchase. They do not apply cancellations and therefore also do not refund on products already sent.

Once you have confirmed your purchase payment you will be able to view the order status within the "My Account" section and once your product is ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification with tracking information and the reference of the selected parcel company.

The shipments are both National and International, as our portal and partnerships with the parcel companies are enabled to receive payments with cards issued in other countries which are 100% protected and thus to be able to send to your country of residence.
